JOHANNA JAVAL
My journey in food started with a humble canteen I ran from 2009 to 2020, right beside Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena. Every day, I had the joy of serving Filipino cuisines and other homemade dishes to students, professors, and the local community.
In 2018, my passion for food grew into something bigger. I launched my catering business to share the same warmth and flavors with more people. While I also enjoy baking, my heart has always been in cooking delicious meals that bring comfort, joy, and connection to every celebration.
Through Johanna’s Catering, I continue to serve dishes made with love and tradition, honoring the flavors of our culture and the trust of every customer.
